Credits and arena entries
Credits used to enter arenas, pools, or competitions are generally final once the entry is confirmed. If a technical issue prevents participation, eSpoq may restore credits or offer another appropriate solution.
Rewards
Reward redemptions may be canceled before processing if required by availability, verification, or fair play checks. Digital rewards are generally final after delivery.
Chargebacks and disputes
Payment disputes may pause account access, reward processing, and credit balances while the dispute is reviewed.
