Fair Play Policy
Fair competition starts with verified play.
eSpoq is built around official match data, transparent rankings, and fair access to rewards. Any behavior that manipulates competition, player identity, or reward outcomes is not allowed.
Not allowed
- Cheating, scripting, boosting, smurfing, account sharing, match fixing, or manipulating official game data.
- Using multiple accounts to farm credits, claim coupons, bypass limits, or distort rankings.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or attempts to pressure other players into unfair play.
Reviews and enforcement
We may review suspicious activity, pause rewards, reverse credits, restrict arena access, or close accounts when fair play rules are violated. Decisions are based on platform records, official match data, payment records, and support evidence.
Reporting
Players can report suspected abuse through the fraud report flow. Reports are reviewed by the eSpoq team and should include clear details, player names, and supporting context where possible.
